The goal is to find the right problem, not to pitch a solution.
Discovery Phase
During the Discovery phase, we gain a comprehensive understanding of your business, workflows, and goals. We do not organize this process simply to get to know you and your business. During our 30-minute conversation, we identify problems within your workflows that may have gone unnoticed and gain a deeper understanding of your existing challenges in order to find effective solutions.

Planning Phase
After reaching an agreement with you, we use the information collected during the Discovery phase to develop a detailed technical plan. During this stage, our team works together to analyze the internal infrastructure of the required system, its system design, and other technical aspects, and then develops a comprehensive implementation plan.
You also take an active role in this process. Throughout the planning stage, we work with you to determine and approve what each part of the system should contain and how it should work. We move to the development stage only after the entire plan has been fully approved, at which point the approved plan becomes the fixed foundation for development. This is essential for delivering a high-quality and consistent system.

Development Phase
Once the planning phase is complete, we begin developing the system according to the detailed and carefully prepared technical plan. The development is carried out by our team of experienced developers with years of professional experience.
One of the things that distinguishes us from other IT companies is our emphasis on open communication throughout the development process. Our team openly discusses technical decisions, points out each other’s mistakes, and critically evaluates technical conclusions. This approach makes a significant contribution to continuously improving the quality of our work.

Testing Phase
Throughout the testing phase, our experienced QA testers continuously test the developed product. We examine various aspects of the system, including internal errors, design issues, inconsistent animations, long-term concerns, system performance under high loads, and other potential problems.

Deployment Phase
Once the product is complete, we move to the deployment stage, which means placing the system on an online server. In order for the finished product to remain continuously available and operate reliably for users, it needs to be deployed to a dedicated server accessible through the internet.

Ongoing Support
We do not consider our cooperation complete once the finished product has been delivered. We continue to support you in maintaining the system’s stable operation, resolving issues that may arise, and adding new features whenever necessary.
